Fur rendering

Even though GSoC 2010 has ended, I still wanted to add some features to further improve the fur plugin, such as support for animating fur, and rendering fur with Kajiya and Kay shading model.

    wou, this is crazy. real time fur. i wouldn’t have considered it as a possibility. nice work.

    I managed to include diffuse lighting as well and I hope to post a nice video of that these days :)
